Kentucky priest stole the spotlight at Wimbledon when he shouted, “I love you, Kate!” as Princess Kate Middleton stepped onto Centre Court to present trophies after the men’s final last Sunday.

The voice came from Father Jim Sichko of Lexington, Kentucky, who was in the stands with a group from St. Mary School on a benefit trip. Watch a video of the moment here.

Kate laughed at the unexpected outburst, drawing smiles across the stadium and headlines online.

Father Jim has served as a papal missionary of mercy and once gifted Pope Francis a bottle of Pappy Van Winkle bourbon. His good-natured shout brought a dose of Southern warmth to Centre Court. See his photo here.

Deborah Ann Cathey and Mel Richards wrapped up a coast-to-coast bucket list this summer, visiting all 63 U.S. national parks, just in time for their 70th birthdays.

The Texas couple completed their final stop at Isle Royale, a remote island in Lake Superior, in early July, marking the end of a nine-year journey that took them from the Virgin Islands to Alaska.

Cathey shared the news—along with some photos—in a Facebook group for park travelers, where the post drew more than 50,000 likes. She says they got serious about the quest in 2018 and completed their last eight parks this year alone.

Their journey started with tents and road trips and ended with a deep appreciation for places they say they never imagined visiting.

📣 Amy talks with the couple about the biggest surprises and best advice for first-timers on The Feel Good Flyover Podcast.

A chance encounter in Miami led to an unexpected friendship between 29-year-old Estrella Quiroz and 97-year-old Lilian, who was spotted walking with a walker on a hot June day.

Estrella circled back, offered her a ride, and then lunch at Wendy’s—a simple gesture that sparked a deep, cross-generational connection.

As they chatted, the two discovered shared roots in Nicaragua and similar life values. Lilian, a former accountant living alone on a fixed income, opened up about her life over burgers and fries. Watch the moment here.

The moment went viral, drawing millions of views. Estrella later launched a GoFundMe to help Lilian with bills and to buy her a new walker and raised over $21,000!

His First Venture Sold for $120 million. This Time is Different.

Austin Allison is familiar with using tech to disrupt real estate—his first venture, dotloop, was acquired for $120 million. But despite bringing industry fame, one nagging regret remained.

"I always wished we gave retail investors the chance to invest in dotloop and share that success," Allison later said.

Now he's doing just that. Austin built upon that experience to launch Pacaso, the co-ownership marketplace disrupting the $1.3 trillion vacation home industry. And it's working.

They've surpassed $110 million in gross profit to date, including 41% YoY growth last year. They have also earned venture backing from firms like Maveron and Greycroft. They even reserved the Nasdaq ticker PCSO. Unlike dotloop, you can become an investor in Pacaso as a private company.
