Son Saves Father’s Life Twice with Donations

Joshua Andrew, 23, has saved his father David’s life twice—first by donating bone marrow during his cancer treatment and now by giving him a kidney.

David, 57, developed chronic kidney disease due to chemotherapy he underwent a decade ago for non-Hodgkin lymphoma.

During his initial treatment, Joshua donated bone marrow, which played a crucial role in his father’s recovery from cancer. When David’s kidney function recently declined, Joshua returned from Australia to donate a kidney, which was a perfect match.

Now recovering at home, David and his family have expressed deep gratitude, with Joshua’s mother calling his selflessness “difficult to put into words.”

Man Rescues Woman from Burning Car

A Good Samaritan, Dyllon Stevens, rescued a woman from a burning vehicle near Kingman, Arizona, after she crashed into another car while driving the wrong way.

Stevens, on his way to work, noticed the fiery crash and acted quickly, breaking a window and cutting the woman free from her seatbelt.

Despite intense heat and smoke, he managed to pull her out just moments before flames engulfed the vehicle. Watch the footage here.

Authorities later determined that the wrong-way driver may have suffered a medical emergency, which could have caused her to drive incorrectly. She is now in stable condition.

Golden Retrievers Take Over Colorado

The annual Goldens in Golden event in Golden, Colorado, brought together hundreds of golden retrievers and their owners last weekend to celebrate National Golden Retriever Day.

Launched in 2019, the event aims to boost tourism during the slower winter months while offering a joyful gathering for dog lovers.

Attendees enjoyed themed activities, local merchandise, and group photos under the city's iconic "Welcome to Golden" arch.
