Good Morning! On this day in 1929, actress Katherine Helmond was born in Galveston. She is known for her roles as Jessica Tate and Mona Robinson in the ABC sitcoms Soap and Who's the Boss? She was also the voice of the character Lizzie in Disney-Pixar's Cars films.

Floods Leave 13 Dead, 23 Missing in Texas

At least 13 people are dead and 23 girls are missing from Camp Mystic, a private Christian summer camp, after catastrophic flash flooding ravaged the Texas Hill Country early Friday. Follow live updates here.

Torrential rain caused the Guadalupe River to rise nearly 30 feet in just hours, sweeping away cabins and cutting power, water, and communication at the camp near Hunt.

Two groups of campers have been confirmed safe, but others remain unaccounted for, with desperate parents receiving direct notices only if their daughters weren't located.

Rescue teams in boats and helicopters are scouring the area amid washed-out roads and widespread devastation. Officials said the region had no warning system and was blindsided by the rapid rise, calling it one of the most dangerous floods the area has ever seen.
