Spearman left the document at her ex-boyfriend's house with gifts from Bath & Body Works and a photo of herself holding the signed marriage license. "I don't think in 23 years I've ever heard of anybody who managed somehow to get married to someone who wasn't present for a ceremony," said Beverly Hills Police Chief Kory Martin. Neither the victim nor the pastor has been identified. Spearman was charged with third-degree felony stalking and is being held at the McLennan County Jail on a $10,000 bond. | James Beard Awards Honor Three Texans Three Texans were honored at the annual James Beard Awards in Chicago on Monday.
