U.S. special envoy Steve Witkoff and President Trump's son-in-law Jared Kushner met with Russian President Vladimir Putin at the Kremlin on Tuesday to present a revised 19-point peace plan that Ukrainian officials tentatively agreed to after weekend talks in Florida.
