Guideline Updates We are happy to announce a few updates to our guidelines for short term and long term products. These changes include the following 80% Max LTV for 1-4 rental purchases 80% Max LTV for 1-4 rental rate term loans 75% Max LTV for 1-4 Cash out Refinance Loans New Floor Rate 6.49% for rental loan products 90% LTC Max for Fix and Flip loan products

50% Appraisal Rebate Loans that qualify for this rebate must meet the following criteria Be the purchase or refinance of an investment property Property must be 1-4 units, condo or townhouse Application must be submitted on or after 2/3/23 Loan must close Before 3/01/23 Rebate not to exceed $500.00
All rebates are provided within 2 weeks post closing |
